The holidays are a great time to reward innovative thinking among your team, high achievers, and really everyone who put an extra effort.
As I’ve done for the past few years, here are some of my top tips for the best goodies to give your team on break.
1. Edible Merry Christmas Plate
One of my favorite companies made this Christmas plate as the new confection for this year. The apples and strawberries are dipped in chocolate and there is an apple fritters wreath.
2. Hickory Farms Holly Jolly Christmas Gift Basket
This gift basket contains two bottles of Bell & Bough California Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay, as well as cheese, brownie bites and other delicacies.
3. Poppy seed handmade popcorn
For a cheaper gift that any office worker will enjoy, this single bag of popcorn is the way to go. The chocolate peppermint is a top choice.
4. Bake me a wish of Soho
This company has the amazing “tower” gift. The sections unfold to reveal cookies, brownies, and coffee cakes. The proceeds help small businesses in need.
5. Hilliards Craft Beer Collection
An award-winning vacation treat, this bundle includes beer brittle and caramels, intended for those who are bored of the same chocolates you get every year.
6. Mayan Cookies Holiday Collection
One thing I really like about this brand is that they make oversized cookies with an oversized taste. A top choice is the s’more chocolate peppermint.
7. SugarWish Cookies
Another of my favorite brands, the SugarWish company, has these big and fresh cookies that are easy to order and send to staff with just a few clicks.
8. See candy
My favorite brand of candy, See, loves to see that you are happy. The chocolates are always plentiful and fresh and perfect their delivery system to arrive fresh.
9. Board at Home Golden State Chest
There is something unique about this mix of cheese, meat and crackers that will stand out in the crowded field. The cheeses go perfectly with the crackers.
10. Goldbelly Duff Goldman Chocolate Peppermint Christmas Cake
I will say this is almost the best Christmas cake ever made. It has a rich and delicious and sugary appeal, almost downright sinful.
11. Harry & David Lemon Strawberry Cheesecake
I had to include a cheesecake in this roundup, a first for me. This particular vintage brand is about as good as it comes with a fine blend of lemon and strawberry.
12. The big cheese
For those who aren’t into treats and candy, this large block of aged cheese is a godsend. It has a refined, pungent taste that puts an accent on almost any dish.
