Doritos Mexico just posted an ad in anticipation of Mother’s Day with families with two mothers, titled “Thank you mom and mom”. The new commercial, created by Slap Global, features children standing on a theater stage reading letters thanking their mothers for everything they do and everything they have overcome to raise their families and to nourish. This ad exudes authenticity and is a great example of effectively reaching out to LGBTQ + audiences. Why does the ad seem to be working so well?
